The main constituents of calcium silicate insulation board is Tobermorite and reinforced paper fiber, no asbestos. Characterised by low bulk density, high specific strength, superior heat resistance, outstanding thermal insulation, excellent durability, chemical corrosion resistance, easy to be cut by saw and easy installation, calcium silicate can be widely used for the insulation of industrial kiln.


Features

Safe operating temperature up to 650℃. It is 300℃ higher than ultrafine glass wool products and 150℃ higher than expanded perlite products

Thermal conductivity is much lower than other hard insulation materials and composite silicate insulation materials

Small bulk weight, the bulk weight is the lowest in the hard insulation material, the insulation layer can be thinner, in the construction can greatly reduce the steel support, reduce the installation labor intensity

The product is non-toxic, odorless, will not burn, high mechanical strength, sawing, easy to process, no corrosion pipe and equipment, can be used repeatedly for a long time

It is made of tile or board by high temperature steaming, high strength, no deformation in the use of temperature range, not afraid of water wet, can be used for all kinds of high temperature insulation parts.

The product has the characteristics of high heat resistance, good heat insulation, high strength, good durability, no corrosion, no pollution and so on.
